Hillel Lodge’s strategic plan is built on three central pillars: residents, community, and staff, by developing its 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, the goals of which are:
- Improve residents’ quality of life through person-centred care
- Expand Hillel Lodge’s reach to support older adults in the community
- Remain an employer of choice
Supporting these goals are six priorities and objectives:
- Recruit, Grow, Develop Superior Team Members
- Implement a leading person-centred care model adapted to Hillel Lodge’s unique needs
- Invest in sustainable technology, infrastructure systems, and data analytics capacity
- Support and Develop a traditional Jewish Home for residents and frail seniors
- Drive measurably better-quality outcomes and innovation through programs, education, and research
- Develop a senior's hub
