The Bess and Moe Greenberg Family Hillel Lodge Long-Term Care Home of Ottawa (Hillel Lodge)'s 2021-2026 Strategic Plan is built upon three foundational pillars: residents, community, and staff. This plan articulates key goals aimed at advancing these vital areas:
